Blind Tasting

A tasting wherein the tasters and servers are unaware of the origin and styles of the meads being served. The taster’s objective is to determine as much as can be known about the mead with only sensory input. Typically, conditions are arranged to minimize or eliminate social influence between tasters during the tasting.
